My SOOM glot is here! I hadn't even really mentioned ordering her, it feels like such a long time ago ^^; She's not got a face-up or any body painting as I really wanted to paint her in my own style. I took a quick picture of her unpainted, without horns or hooves, but I'll try and take some in progress pictures as I paint her. Just one for now (warning for dolly nudity! I haven't found her anything to wear yet).

It's sooo hot! I shouldn't complain, but I'm rubbish in hot weather, all I want to do it sit around and do nothing ^^; I do like having lots of sunshine for dolly pictures though! I've been on a bit of a green theme this week (it is my favourite colour :D)

I haven't updates in forever ^^; Oops. Have been trying to keep up with peoples entries, but I've been a bit anti social recently. I've only just been keeping up with doll a day too. Work has been wearing me out -__-

It feels like an age since I last updated! I even managed to forget to reply to the comments on my last entry (sorry about that!). I have a ton of pictures to post, including those of my new Puki puki, but I think I'll save her for a separate entry. I want to do that book meme that I've seen on my FL too :D

The last week has been pretty busy, I went to London to see Wicked with some friends last Saturday, which was amazing. It was my first time seeing a musical in a theatre! Such a cool experience. Then I had a friend visit this weekend, so I gave her a bit of a tour of Cambridge. Mostly we ended up shopping ^^;

I've been pretty productive with my camera the last few days, and I'm really happy with how most of these have come out! I think it's the weather, it's been perfect for being out in the garden taking pictures. I thought I might as well post them here :D

I am so glad it's friday. It feels like it's taken an age! I've had a super busy week.

Saw Pink at the London O2 arena last weekend, which was awesome but seems to have sapped all my energy.It was well worth it though, her whole show was amazing, including the stage and costumes. We also got to visit the natural History Musuem beforehand to go visit the dinosaurs :D I also got to see both Coraline (Yay, it's out in the U.K.!) and Star Trek, so it has been a great film week :D

I've given in and decided to get a twitter! It's over here @ Plastic_Army . I'm too lazy to think of anything more interesting for a username! I'm not great at blogging about what I've been up to that isn't doll related, so I thought maybe even I could manage 140 character comments occasionally! ^^;

Unrelated dolly picture, but I think it's pretty cute! The weather's been lovely this week, and I wouldn't mind a picnic somewhere. I don't have time though, so my dolls are doing it for me :P

I've decided my next dolly project will be to complete my Uhui girl. I've had her head forever, and I haven't had the courage to paint her. I just need to work out the right colour scheme and find some time to work on her and I'll be set! I'm planning another pullip girl too, but I'm having a bit of trouble deciding who to get.

This week has been way better than the last time I posted. Dad's out of hospital now, and is much better than before. So overall I feel much less stressed out! I've had lots of fun this week too, involving a pub quiz (we did shockingly badly XD), attempting to make our own pizza and a geeky board games night last night. Not the most rock and roll week, but sometimes it's just fun to chill out with people :) Plus it's sunny today!

I bought the Red Rabbit Misaki from the Gothic Dream series. I've wanted her for ages! I've been trying to decide between a Misaki and a Momoko for a while to diversify my doll collection a little bit, but Misaki won me over in the end. I love her outfit and that red hair! So excited about her coming.

I dropped off the face of livejournal again ^^; the last couple of weeks have been busy to say the least. I have managed to keep up with doll a day, but my pictures for the last week have been pretty boring. Work seems to have sapped my inspiration. Most of these were from when we had snow a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to post them even though they are a bit late ;D

I'm nearly done obitsuing my type 3 pullips! I think I have 4 or 5 girls left now. Skadi (Zuora) and Ruri (veritas) look awesome on theirs, I can't wait to photograph them. Takara have been stealing all my money recently with the new blythe releases! I bought Cappuccino chat (she has silver hair!) and she's stunning in person. I caved on Friendly Freckles too, so I'm hoping she's as cute in person as she is in pictures :)

Bleugh, I have a really stinky cold :( I left work early today because I felt completely awful, so I'm staying indoors with a mug of tea. Here's some dolly spam! Mostly of Fuchsia, because I adore her :)

As usual I keep meaning to blog some of my other pictures, but the last week or so has been pretty hectic. I wanted to post this quick one of Fuchsia though! I rescued her from the post depot today (customs held on to her for a while). She's so incredibly pretty, pictures do her no justice at all. Her resin is so pale, and she's so blushy and gorgeous. Can't wait to take a few pictures of her in natural light!

I love it when things get delivered on my day off so I can take pictures! These two arrived this morning and I really couldn't resist taking them out for pictures :D

I'm sorry I haven't been commenting much this last week or so. This week has pretty much been work work work D: I did go out and have waffles for lunch today though, which was a great treat after how busy it's been! I've also managed to keep up with Doll a Day!

I'm happy I've kept up with it so far, but I'm really looking forward to some lighter evenings so I can take more outdoor pictures. The lightbox is okay, but I enjoy taking pictures outdoors so much more.

I'm back at work after holidays now, and it's a bit of a shock! No more being lazy and sleeping lots :( It's nice to see everyone again though! It snowed a little over night too! Even though I don't like snow that much, it looks nice. I was sad that that I didn't have time to take any pictures in it ^^;

I don't normally make New years resolutions, but there are a few things I really want to do this year. One of them is to keep up with the Doll a Day challenge on flickr. It's the first time I've attempted any photo challenge.
